WHY IS IT NECESSARY?

The aim of the certification is to ensure and maintain a uniform level of safety of existing elevators in all countries of the European Community.

To certify an elevator, its installation must be inspected.

The inspection of the elevator includes carrying out tests on its safety devices to confirm its good condition or to identify and rectify any deficiencies related to its safety.
